Welcome to the fourth vlog episode of The Uncertainty Series! The first book I’m covering in this series is “Uncertainty: Turning Fear and Doubt into Fuel for Brilliance” by Jonathan Fields. This episode covers my thoughts after reading chapters 7-8. These chapters provide recommendations on personal practices you can adopt to train your brain to get through uncertainty.

Do the following for 5 minutes every day for one week.
– Set your creation ritual by choosing a time of the day and a place for this visualization.
– Close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths.
– Visualize yourself doing the action steps needed to reach your goal or step into uncertainty.
– Instead of the process above, you can also journal for 5 minutes each day. Write down the steps you need to take to reach your outcome.
