In this video, I show you my favorite Kundalini yoga pose! Believe or not, it’s a pose that’s meant to help you get unstuck. The pose alone won’t do the trick, so I definitely recommend taking a Kundalini class to try the practice. You can find a teacher near you by clicking here.
Sometimes I’ll do the pose by myself, for a few minutes, just to loosen up. My regular practice of Kundalini is helping me get unstuck in so many ways. I feel like I’m better able to process my emotions, and it helps me think clearly as well. Now, I can’t imagine my life without Kundalini in it.
