Learning to meditate was life-changing for me. It taught me how to calm my anxiety when flying, reduced stress, and allowed me to better listen to my body and heart. I started meditating a few years ago, and around that time, I participated in a 21-day meditation challenge from Oprah and Deepak Chopra. I’m so glad they continue these challenges, and there’s another one coming up!
Starting Monday, the new meditation series “Manifesting True Success” begins. This series is ideal for any level of meditation: beginner, experienced, uber-experienced. (I am not being paid anything to promote this series. I truly believe in meditation, and the format that Oprah and Deepak offer is not only enlightening but easy to follow.)

I was thinking of holding a weekly virtual chat with other participants to discuss what we are learning about ourselves and getting out of the meditations. Is this something you’d be interested in?
